from Bay Shore, Brentwood, Central Islip,

Hempstead, Patchogue, Uniondale and Wyandanch High Schools.

Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0.

Each school may nominate qualified students.

Describe your academic and personal goals as a college student and as a U.S citizen.

Explain how you will serve as a positive role model for younger students.

should you be selected as a winner; as well as materials for the Dinner & Dance Ceremony.

Selected recipients are honored at PRCBC’s Annual Mother’s Day and

Scholarship Awards Dinner Dance Saturday the 8th of May.

Award Details

Amount: $1,000 per scholarship

Disbursement

Funds are released directly to the college once proof of

acceptance is received; usually in early August.
